Bill resided in Taipei, Taiwan for 3 years while serving in the U.S. Navy. He traveled the island extensively visiting Kaohsiung, Tainan, Hualien, and vacationing at Sun Moon Lake. He visited the Philippines and Manila several times, also Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok, transiting the Thai/Malaysian peninsula including Malacca, Kuala Lumpur, and Penang. Bill took his passion for travel and joined the industry in January 2004, starting with a National Cruise-Only Agency. He expanded the business in 2005 to include All Inclusive Resorts, Escorted Tours and Worldwide Destinations. Expanding once more, he is now with a regional travel agency, Vacation-Experts, based in Louisville, KY. and operating in three states. Affiliated with the prestigious Signature Travel Network, Imperial Tours is our China Destination Specialist. My career as a travel professional began in the mid 90s as a corporate agent for large companies; where I coordinated, scheduled and reserved business and group travel. After many years, and wonderful experiences, I decided to expand my travel knowledge and became a destinations expert for leisure travel. My ability to seek to understand my client's travel needs and sensitivity to budgets, has allowed me to become a value added service to my clients and the first person they contact when thinking about their travel needs. I believe in going over and above to ensure my clients not only enjoy their vacation, but feel confident with their invest and choice of destinations. Honesty and trust are valuable to me and I utilize these traits when working with my clients.
